• Cigars Express Corp, does not sell- distribute- ship our products to anyone under the age of 21 nor does .Cigar Express Corp   sell or distribute cigarettes. Cigars and or related products from our website are not intended to be purchased or utilized by anyone under the age of 21. The purchaser by entering and utilizing our website com or any of our affiliated websites acknowledges that he/she is of lawful age and has paid any required fees, taxes and is legally entitled to possess tobacco products.
  Shipping to post office box addresses is not permitted.
  Certain items based on their weight and size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the United States. Oversize merchandise may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  Normal shipping source USPS 2 Day, 3 Day and ground.
  Priority Mail – Overnight shipping service is available additional shipping charges will apply contact customer support directly.
  Order tracking will be provided with every order.
  All cigar shipments will require a signature from someone over the age of 21 when cigars are being delivered.
• Free and Standard shipping will be delivered via UPS, USPS,when buy $50 or + or a combination of the two. Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier.Saturday, Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, and Ground shipments are delivered via UPS.Priority Mail shipments are delivered via USPS.

State Restrictions

South Dakota/Utah:Due to South Dakota and Utah State Regulations, we do not ship any products to South Dakota or Utah address

California:

While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, California’s Senate Bill 39 requires us to:
– Confirm your delivery of tobacco products by telephone call after 5PM (PT) the day prior to shipment
– Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery.

Note, in order to comply with this restriction, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or offer certain shipping methods to California.

Delaware:While we require all purchasers to be over 21 years of age, Delaware’s Title 30 Chapter 53 requires us to:

– Receive and store age verification documents in order to sell a tobacco product to you. We have partnered with  Age and Identity 

-Verification Solutions to safely and securely store your information. This is a one-time process and the information will only be used to comply with your state’s requirements.

 -Obtain the signature of a person 21 years of age or order before completing the delivery.

Connecticut:

Due to Connecticut State Regulations, we do not ship the following products to Connecticut addresses:
